Q.01Can I make a reservation?
A.01Reservations can be made by phone or via our booking page. We accept reservations up to one month prior to the date of use, limited to 5 rooms. To book by phone, please contact Hotel Fiesta Yokosuka at TEL: 046-834-4460. When calling, please provide: 1. Your name, 2. Date and time of arrival, 3. Desired room type, and 4. Contact information.
*Arrival times are scheduled in 30-minute increments.
For online bookings, please visit our website. Special discount plans are also available, so please take advantage of them.
Q.02I would like to stay overnight. From what time can I check in?
A.02Room availability varies depending on the season and day of the week. Check-in for overnight stays begins at 18:00 every day.
It is possible to enter the room before the official start time, but please note that an additional extension fee will apply in that case.
Also, during special peak seasons such as Golden Week, Obon, and Christmas, the hotel may be very crowded, so please inquire by phone.
Q.03I would like a Type A room. Can I request a specific room type?
A.03They are available as long as they are vacant. If your desired room is open when you arrive, we will gladly accommodate your request.
If you are waiting for a vacancy, rooms will be assigned in the order they become ready.
While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, please note in advance that we may not always be able to fulfill them.
Q.04Do you have a membership card?
A.04Yes, we offer a membership card with many benefits.
We have various unique privileges prepared for members. Please check the "Members Service" page for more details.
Q.05How can I apply for a membership card?
A.05Membership cards are available for purchase for ¥100 from the vending machine in your room. Please enter your anniversary or other details through the in-room TV and contact the front desk. Free rental items like cosplay outfits can be used starting from the day you join.
However, please note that points accumulation and other rewards will become active starting from your next visit.
Q.06I want to stay overnight. Do I need to bring my own overnight amenities?
A.06We provide all the necessary amenities for your stay. Regarding the amenities provided in the rooms, we only select reliable and trustworthy products.
If you have sensitive skin or have specific concerns, you are welcome to bring your own items.
Q.07Can I pay by credit card?
A.07Yes, credit cards are accepted. We accept the following credit card : VISA, JCB, NICOS, DC, MASTER, and UC.
The billing name on your statement will appear as "Vitaligence Co., Ltd. Yokosuka Branch."
Q.08Is it possible for multiple people to use a room?
A.08Rooms can be accommodated for up to 3 guests. When used by 3 people, the room rate will be 1.5 times the standard price.
Q.10Can two women use the hotel together?
A.10Yes, it is possible. A growing number of customers use our hotel for all-female gatherings (Joshi-kai).
We offer great value plans designed specifically for girls' night out, so please feel free to use them.
Single-person use as well as use by two men is also permitted.
Q.11Is it possible to temporarily leave the hotel during our stay?
A.11Yes, you can go out. When leaving temporarily, we ask to hold your rest or stay fee as part of the outing procedure.
Please understand that if you do not return, it will automatically result in a check-out.
